To receive payments from its associates regarding annual fees or auction acquisitions, the Clube Filatélico de Portugal facilitates the following options.

Important: All payments must be made in EURO.

1. Portuguese members

a. Bank Cheque drawn to Clube Filatélico de Portugal. If sent by mail, please don’t use registration, just regular mail;

b. In cash, at Clube Filatélico de Portugal headquarters;

c. By Postal Money Order;

d. By bank transfer to the Banco BPI account with the following NIB:

0010 0000 38054150001 81

Two alternatives should be emphasized in this format:

i. Using an online service (Homebanking or Net Banking). Please use the description field to specify the associate number and the payment motive (fee, auction, other). ii. Using an ATM (Multibanco). Since it’s not possible for us to determine the transfer’s origin, our associates must send us a copy of the receipt by regular mail or e-mail to Este endereço de e-mail está protegido de spam bots, pelo que necessita do Javascript activado para o visualizar , specifying the associate number and the payment motive (fee, auction, other).

2. Foreign members

Important: All expenses/fees caused by international payments must be fully supported by the associates responsible for them.

Regardless of the payment form, we suggest two alternatives so long as the warning above is always respected:

a. International bank transfer to Banco BPI account identified by the following codes:

IBAN: PT50001000003805415000181

Swift/BIC: BBPIPTPL

Using this option, please take notice of the following:

i. International bank transfer within euro zone. Most banks will not charge any expenses in this kind of transfer when made using an online service (Homebanking or Net Banking), however the associate should always confirm their bank’s specific prices so as not to go against the above warning. Please use the description field to specify the associate number and the payment motive (fee, auction, other). ii. International bank transfer, in Euros, outside euro zone. These transfers usually imply some kind of expense/fee. When made using an online service (Homebanking or Net Banking) instructions to charge all expenses to the associate must be given (code OUR in Swift instructions)! Please use the description field to specify the associate number and the payment motive (fee, auction, other). b. PayPal ® payment. Send the money, in Euros, to the e-mail Este endereço de e-mail está protegido de spam bots, pelo que necessita do Javascript activado para o visualizar adding 6% to the total to cover PayPal ® expenses. Please use the message field to specify the associate number and the payment motive (fee, auction, other).
